A combination of the word "shit" and "nizzle" (slang for business) to form it's compound fusion, Shiznizzle; used to describe anything which has affectively impressive qualities.

Shazizzle 

“Shit” is the definition, but in a lame white person’s attempt to try to use “shizzle” basically. Ironically trying to say something is “the shit” when in actuality it is describing it as being shit itself, like the person using the word (also shit) and trying to play it off as a fun word they discovered. It’s just a rip-off. People that use this word are most likely phonies.

Ex: Geez Louise! This event is going to be a shazizzle fest!!! I bet ya top dollar it’ll be worth top dollar!”
