1. An adjective to describe expensive jewelry particularly watches from brands such as Rolex, Audemars Piguet , and Patek Philippe, which have been encrusted by diamonds of VVS or higher diamond purity.

2. A Rapper from the New Jersey Tri-State Area

A mouth of a person (usually older) which is frowning in its relaxed state.
I can't talk to him! His permafrown just takes all the joy out of my day.

Permanently-Fried. When you do so much acid you never come down completely and are never the same. Does NOT mean flash-backs, that's different.
He did way too much acid a few years ago and he's been permafried ever since.

Permafrosting 

The state of being casually, sociably or lightly buzzed for inordinate amounts of time, e.g., a few days. Permafrosting usually involvs drinking upon waking up, and continuing to do so into the night (see: wake'n'drank.) Usually done on weekends or short vacations in foreign countries with a warm climate.
"Doesn't that gentleman look jovial?"
"Yes, I believe he's been permafrosting."

"Good morning Ms., care for a cocktail?"
"Yes, quite."
"Let us permafrost."
