Short for Pooh Bear Gang. The Pooh Bear Gang is a set of the Gangster Disciples located in Chicago, Illinois. PBG was formerly known as the Insane Cutthroat Gangsters, but later adopted the name "PBG (Pooh Bear Gang)" in honor of one of their fallen members Anton "Pooh Bear" Sanders.
