Jeb is similar to the "village idiot", but is actually noted for being the village bitch. He excels in bitchiness, especially when talking about nickel back. He loves to complain and ruin other people's day for absolutely no reason at all, and gets irritated for the smallest things. However, since men don't have periods, he is simply a bitch. Jeb is not to be confused with the other connotation of "bitch" (as in whipped), which is commonly denoted with the word Jett.
