From the Disney cartoon, "Phineas and Ferb". He often compiles schemes using more complicated measures than necessary to move one step closer to controlling the Tri-State Area. However, due to clumsiness, forgetfulness, or a lack of thinking things through, he is doomed to a humorous defeat at the hands of his sharp-witted arch-nemesis, Perry the Platypus, a secret agent for a network of undercover animals.

"We have reports that Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz is building another one of his machines , though we don't know exactly what he plans to use it for. Go find him and put a stop to this, Agent P!"

Not sure if I spelt that right but basically parry the platypus’s nemesis, doing things like wrapping the town to pull it with a very strong magnet to then reverse the way the earth go’s round. Also a dad which in my honest opinion he is the best dad
