Racial slur for a Middle Eastern-North African person. Also used for other Muslims, Persians, Arab Christians, Desis, and Brown people in general.

FrenchCatholicCrusader calls Arabs dirty sand niggers, but fails to realize Levantine Arabs have light skin, calling Desis, Turks, Caucasus, and Iranians "White."

When you find yourself stuck in an unforeseen unfortunate situation that you cannot reasonably get out of or a bad situation that you will have to face in the near future.
Life is dicking you over.

Yeah man, I would love to hang out tonight but I am getting Sand Nigger'd right now. I just got home from working 2 hours over and my dog just shit all over the carpet and tore up my couch.

Example 2:
I just got Sand Nigger'd by the pizza place. I placed an order for a pizza that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. I ended up waiting for over an hour and the pizza wasn't even good.
