Yusrah is a sweet soul who loves her friends and family dearly. She could be considered as mentally incompetent and her friends and family often contemplate on whether or not to send her to a mad house. We don't because we love her too much. Exclamatory word used frequently by "King of Queens" sitcom character Douglas Heffernan. Doug uses this word to express surprise. However, he has been known to use it to express pleasure as well, as in the prospect of having sex with his wife, Carrie Heffernan(in which case he pronounces the word in a slower, high pitched drawl).

Doug burns his hand: "Yuspa!"

Carrie asks Doug if he's been a good boy while crawling into bed and Doug replies: "Yuuuspaa..."
