The product of two "noob" parents. also, its another gay made up word people think up when just plain noob got gay and they needed to emphasize someones noob gayness more. basically it means some loser who is gay and socially inept as a youngling hence the gay name- nooblet.

a young noob who is immature about a game he has had for a while yet still sucks at it. They are usually overweight and have very annoying high pitched voices. They believe they are the rulers of the game even though they actually just suck. They cover this up by insulting and complaining to the better people on xbox live.
