Brown Out 

When one drinks an excessive amount. Similar to a "Black out" except partial things are remembered but you shit your pants at the end of the night.

Man I drank way too much last night, I shouldn't have had that Taco Bell before we went out though because I had total brown out at the end of the night

1.if you are playing some sort of video game or any sort of game, when you need to poop, instead of calling time-out you call a brown out.
2.pausing an activity to take a shit.

When you smoke so much tobacco that you throw up a pure brown mucus product.

After a long night of drinking one will black out from drinking large amounts of alcohol. If one wakes up the next morning remembering nothing, but with a shit in ones pants then one has "browned out."

The act of having to close the city, town or recreation area pool due to a brown out...someone's kid has poo-ed in the pool. They have to close the pool, fish out the poo, shock with chemicals and wait...sometimes a couple of hours, sometimes for the day.

We had to leave the pool yesterday due to the brown out!
