Dating Coach

Someone, usually very narcissistic and patronizing, who charges lonely and desperate men large sums of money under the guise that they (the coach) can "magically" help the man pick up and attract women by giving advice. Dating coaches especially tend to favor uglier and weaker minded men as "clients".

A lot of the advice given by MOST dating coaches is not very effective (having the opposite results), and is likely to make the man come across as "creepy/stalkerish" or get the man into trouble. Some dating coaches even advise "begging" (ie pedestaling the woman to no return".

A website for the depressed who are looking for someone. A profile picture could look hot but is fake. The statistics and stories that you see on ads are a bunch of bull. 80% of the people on these sites are fat chicks, 19.9% are creepy perverts, and the .1% are desperate people looking getting their hopes up for nothing.

Guy 1: So I went on this girl I met on a dating website last night.
Guy 2: Wow..., ummm...cool?
Guy 1: She is coming here soon.
Guy 2: Well, good luck.
Fat chick bursts through wall.
Guy 2: Hey! Is that her?

Two people who hang out and have sex, but never go out in public together. Either because they don’t want to be seen together, or the relationship is just about sex.
A glorified ‘fuck buddy’. The two may talk about taking things in the direction of actual dating, but never do.

Jordan: Hey aren’t you and Ryan going for dinner tonight? You’ve been hanging out for ages!

Alice: we’ve spoken about it, but I think he just wants me to go to his place wearing lingerie so he can tie me to his bed.

DVDing

DVD is short for a military distinguished visitors' day and replaced VIP or VVIP as some staff officer thought it was a good idea. DVDing is the flat-spin everyone involved in the DVD goes into. Normally DVDing means everyone stopping whatever they are supposed to be doing for a full day, so the grown-up can be shown stuff that they do not want to see. Bad DVDing means getting sacked. Good DVDing means you move closer to being a grown-up yourself.

This stupid DVD has taken everybody out of the game for 3 days. We have less employees than Tesco, and I bet they don't get this excited when a middle manager wants to visit a store to inspect the pick & mix counter. I hate DVDing.
