A bunch of mandem are called carties that line up to train a women that is a track ting. The track ring may also be known as a waste cyattie or waste scattie depending on circumstances.

RNG carried 

A person can be considered 'RNG carried' when they have an extraordinary amount of luck over longer periods of time. Commonly used in MMORPG games featuring an enhancement system.
'RNG carried' people would be utterly useless with an average amount of luck and therefore normal gear.

The common, disgustingly RNG carried person is the guy that always gets the best drops and the easiest upgrades with minimum effort.
