Right On Chicken means to congradulate some one sarcasticly.

right on sexism

A more honest name for what is often called positive discrimination. Used by those that realise that Positive Discriminaction is an oxymoron discrimination is discrimination no matter which way it swings.

Also has a sibling, Right On Racism.
BBC Radio Woman's Hour presenter complains to the director general about sexism in the BBC. She is a presenter on a program with a gender specific title produced for women by and presented by an all female team but that’s not sexism that’s Right On Sexism.

Skonker is another word for Head.

When you're playing video games with a Northern Irish man and he gets a headshot kill and does a victory lap around his kitchen shouting "right on the skonker" in sheer excitement
"I was playing GTA Online last night, fighting a try hard hard a gave him a bad going over, sniper bullet right on the skonker, you wouldn't credit it man"
