Meaning (u)rban (got) (dict)ionary. The act of having one of your submissions to the urban dictionary rejected only to see it appear later as someone else's submission.

When he saw his rejected submission for Seattle Slapjack get accepted a few weeks later as someone else's submission, all his friends told him "Man, u got dict!"
