A cold, brakish body of water in northern Europe, with the highest alcohol content per volume of any place in the world.

One time I drank water from the Baltic Sea and it tasted like beer. I got drunk and later found out it WAS made of beer.

Baltic Bollocks 

When the cold weather outside causes boys' testicles to shrivel up and become a lot smaller. A mans testicles usually dangle freely but cold weather causes them to become tighter and get closer to the body. Every boys' testicles shrivel up when they are cold.
