Title Speak 

When they say the title of the movie, in the movie. Doesn't always happen, as in 'Good Will Hunting'. Has been the last line, as in 'The Name of the Rose'. It has also been explained within the film, as the did in 'Broken Arrow' & 'Top Gun'. It usual means the first time they say it, but as in 'Jerry Maguire' & ''Top Gun' it is said several times. It has also been the first line, but an example escapes me at this time :-/

I love how the Title Speak is the last line in 'The Name of the Rose'.

A mythical being of undefined orgian, usualy found on Vbulliten based forums.
The Title Fairy is known to randomly change forum members user titles.
These changes can be humerous, postive, negative, or simply random. They can occur at anytime, and for any reason.

Cersei in Game of Thrones: "When you play the game of thrones, you win or you die."

Title 9 

A well-deserved lashing(physical or verbal) issued to a female.

This is not to be confused with wife-beating, spousal abuse or unwarranted attack. A "title IX" occurs when the actions of a violent or disrespectful female are reciprocated with the same reactions a man would have received.

Jerry: "Hey Steve, what the heck happened to your girlfriend's eye? She looks like she got dominated!"

Steve: "Oh yeah, she slapped me the other night during an argument so I issued her a title 9. She's not getting any sympathy from anyone(despite her best efforts) so I think she learned her lesson...."
