Cracked Out 

When someone is so amazingly good at something that watching them perform the task is the equivalent of watching an average person who is on crack do the task. This can range from any task from typing fast, cooking well, being alert, etc.

Person 1: Dude did you see James in the 400m sprint? He beat everyone without even trying!

Person 2: Yeah, holy shit dude, I swear James is cracked out.
