Buzz on Maggie 

A short-lived 2000s Disney TV cartoon created by Dave Polsky, debuted on 2005. It features the Maggie Pesky character, who resembles a friendly fly guitarist and serves as a main protagonist of the show. Many episodes focus on Maggie's daily life.

It's so sad that it lasted only one season, leading to the cancellation of the show on 2006. It has yet to appear on Disney+.

magic smoke 

A mythical substance which is supposededly vital to the functioning of electronic equipment. Therefore when the magic smoke leaks out, the equipment stops working.

This term is often heard when some hapless individual wires equipment up backwards or to the wrong voltage supply, causing the circuit boards to fry. At this point, some wag will say "that won't work again, because you've let the magic smoke out".

Phrase popularised by MTV celebrity show "Cribs" where celebrities show a camera crew round their house or apartment.

It became customary for the "celebrity" to use this phrase when leading the crew into the main bedroom. Used in the same way by people in their own non-celebrity homes or ironically in other contexts

Term for a game of D&D or another tabletop RPG where the DM is clearly inserting their own fetishes into the story. Can be used as a noun or a general descriptor.

GM: "You enter the wolven village. You realize as you enter that all of the wolfpeople are women, striding confidently in revealing leather apparel."
