To have been affected by CEO Alan Joyce's Qantas Airways in any of
the following scenarios:
1. Flight delayed or cancelled.
2. To be stranded at the airport without any Qantas presense, support or
communication.
3. Luggage delayed, misplaced or lost.
4. To not be refunded in a timely manner when legally entitled to be.
5. To have one's infant rescheduled or lost on a different flight then to its parents.
6. Any other action of CEO Alan Joyce to the detriment of Qantas
Employees, Customers and Frequent Flyers.
