Bubblegum Bass

Bubblegum Bass (sometimes called PC music, bubblebass, post-ringtone, hyper pop or bubblegum badass) is a style of Electronic Dance Music that originated in the early 2010s. It takes Pop music and amplifies its cuteness and femininity to extreme levels, often pitching the vocals upward and warping the rhythm through a frenzied UK Bass and Wonky filter. The production uses bouncy, plastic-sounding synths and further draws from a variety of club sounds, including Electro House, Balearic Beat, Trance, Footwork, and Bubblegum Dance.

SOPHIE and A. G. Cook are the two best known producers in this genre; the latter producer's label PC Music is the label most associated with the genre. A disorienting post-internet aesthetic exemplified by DIS Magazine also shapes the style of Bubblegum Bass both sonically and visually, though DIS's output is not exclusively centered on Bubblegum Bass.
Popular blog, Gorilla vs. Bear, had 'bubblegum bass' single 'Keri Baby' by A. G. Cook as their #1 song of 2014.

Bubblegum gag

Prank involving unzipping one's pants fly, pulling part of their scrotum thru exposed opening. Will resemble a piece of chewed gum. One of the best party pranks of the early 2000's. Have to draw attention to it by yelling and saying "who the fuck put this gum here??" Then when people start looking at it you say "my mistake, its just my nut sac. Who did you sneak out?"
Guy at a party: says to a buddy "Should I do the bubblegum gag or the one eared elephant?"

Buddy: "Bubblegum gag for sure."

Bubblegum Trap

A sub-genre of trap that involves a lighthearted, playful, sometimes cartoonish melody, with an overlay of trap beats like a snare, kick, and bass, then using R-rated lyrics that don't fit the beat, like rapping about drugs, guns, or bitches. Made popular by Lil Yachty and his upbeat songs like "Minnesota" and "1Night".
Burberry Perry (Lil Yachty's Producer): I always thought it was if you sat down and you watch Powerpuff Girls or something like that, and you try to throw that on trap drums, so it could be bubblegum trap, I guess you could say that

Bubblegum Crash

Mega Tokyo 2034
The Japanese Cyberpunk Classic Continues!
A three-part original video animation sequel to Bubblegum Crisis.
Bubblegum Crash 1 - Illegal Army
Bubblegum Crash 2 - Geo Climbers
Bubblegum Crash 3 - Melt Down
The result of comparing Bubblegum Crisis to Bubblegum Crash! is that it is merely a less extreme vision of the same thing. In all honesty, Bubblegum Crash! does spend too much time on combat and not enough developing the story and characters. Still, it is no worse than most anime in this respect

bubblegum dance

A type of eurodance that usually has silly lyrics and happy sounds. Usually females sing the chorus, for it is usually high-pitched. Males sing backup lyrics or other vocal parts.

More of a pop sound than eurodance. Really came around in 1995 when Me & My released their album. Recognized worldwide when Aqua realeased their album 'Aquarium'.

Scandinavia and Denmark (where it originated) produce many Bubblegum Dance artists, but they are all around the world.

Dance Dance Revolution (and other DDR games) includes many songs that fall under the Bubblegum Dance genre.
Aqua, Bambee, Me & My, Ch!pz, Venga Boys, SMILE.dk, Miss Papaya and Toy-Box are all considered Bubblegum Dance
