Pocono drifting 

Tokyo drifting influenced racing, in which highly intoxicated drivers race cars on icy and snowy roads and force the cars into a oversteer. The driver's must consume a cup of hot brandy, one joint of marjuana and 50 mg of Seroquel, thirty minutes prior to racing. All cars must be rear wheel drive only.

This town and neighboring ones such as Tobyhanna and Tannersville help make up the northern region of The Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. Mt. Pocono is The Armpit of Pennsylvania. with ridiculous cost of living and a tourist economy, it boasts NOTHING to do on Saturday night. Making travel plans? Anywhere but here.

Pocono Nosejob 

When you take a runny shit in your partner's mouth, they eat it, than you stick your finger down their throat to make them puke it back up. When they puke you forcably hold their mouth shut so that it all is forced out their nose. Bonus points are added for distance sprayed and if corn or peanuts are involved.

I told my girlfriend that if she really loved me, she'd let me give her a Pocono Nosejob. She got a peanut stuck in there and we had a rather embarrasing night in the emergency room.

Pocono Shuffle 

When a skier is mimicking a style of skiing made popular in the 1980's. This particular style is very similar to what was known as parallel skiing, which has now been deemed out of date and very uncool with the advent of shaped skis. One can identify this style if a skier has a their skis together, is putting pressure on the back of the skis, has a ridiculous amount of body rotation, flails their poles about in a wide radius, and is wearing brightly colored one-piece ski suits also from the 1980's.

This term originated from alpine ski racers in the Allegheny Ski Conference in reference to people they would see skiing in resorts located in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania.
