Twenteen 

An alternate word for "twelve".

Used by 12 year olds who are in a hurry to grow up.

12 yr old: Hell yeah I am twenteen! I'm finally a teenager!

19 yr old: Being a teen is really not all it's cracked up to be. Slow down and enjoy being twelve.

When an individual has turned twenty years of age but they retain more characteristics of a teenager and don't fully accept the idea of being or becoming an adult.

In America a 20 year old cannot do anything different then a 19 year old.
Twenteenth is the age between 19 and 21.
Twenteenth is not a teenager yet still is.

She got excited for her 20th birthday then realized it is nothing more then her Twenteenth Birthday.

It includes: 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and finishing with 2019.
