Oldie McMoldy 

A person that is too old to be doing what they're doing. Usually refers to a gray haired man that is doing manual labor, and takes way too long to finish.
Can sometimes refer to a 35 yr. old that awkwardly tries to hang with the 20 yr. old college crowd.

Man, did you see how fucken SLOW Oldie McMoldy was moving those boxes in the warehouse?
I saw Oldie McMoldy peddling his bike down the street. That guy was going so slow that he actually went backwards!!
