Neutered Television 

As opposed to Heavyweight Television, Neutered Television is a term used to define run of the mill, generic, & censored tv shows, generally on networks such as ABC, NBC, CBS etc. These shows are usually censored of sex, language, & violence, and often pale in comparison to serialized Heavyweight TV shows on cable & premium cable channels.

Person 1: "Did you check out the latest episode of Scandal on ABC last night"

Person 2: "HELL NO! I don't watch ABC or any Neutered Television shows. Just watch some Breaking Bad motherfucker!!!"

When a person gets caught on the computer via the internet watching porn switching naked photos ,and the spouse takes the computer out of the house

Jack calls up jim and says hey how come I don't see you online anymore ?

Neutered warthog 

This is a Halo term, meaning a wharthog lacking a turret, these are usually found in campaign, or done by a glitch. The only purpose of having one is the fact that noobs heavily avoid this, as if their life depended on it.

A computer mouse with out a tracking ball. Similar to a bobbed mouse with out a tail. Could be both if it does not have a bad credit rating and still has some charge left in it.
