I'll burn that bridge when I get to it.

A combination of "I'll cross that bridge when I get to it." and the old addage, "don't burn your bridges". Meaning that you haven't yet arrived at a life obstacle, but you're sure you'll mess it up when you do.
"Hey man, did you figure out how to break the news to Kim that she's got herpes?"
"Nah, I'll burn that bridge when I get to it."

I'll get it done

When someone asks you to do something but you won't do it so you respond with "I'll get it done"
Susan: Larry, I need you to clean your room
Larry: I'll get it done

I’ve fallen and I can’t get it up!

The more current, commonplace version of the old saying now that folks don’t necessarily need to be able to ambulate well in order to fuck.
I don’t know what happened, I took my Vitamin V and now I’ve fallen and I can’t get it up!

I'll get over it

Saying that it really doesnt matter to you; not caring about something later on but maybe caring about it right now.
"John, I'm breaking up with you." "I'll get over it"

I don't get it.

A phrase made popular by one Jared Hopkins. After a person tells a long story that can be easily understood by anyone he adds in his trademark phrase, "I don't get." Some laugh, while others don't get his not getting. They often try to simplify their already understood story which only serves to increase laughter.
Cara: "...and that's what happened."
Jared: "I don't get it"
Sam: ::Laughing::
Erin: "What didn't you get about it?"
