dual-hatted

Having two duties, or wearing two hats
A boss's act of giving a competent employee an additional duty because:
a) management failed to account for a pressing need while planning
or
b) the employee slated to do that job is essentially worthless, and management feels compelled to task the next guy standing with the bad employee's duties
Since a senior staff member is horrible, my boss dual-hatted me as both logistics and operations manager.

I gave a presentation on maintaining a franchise's books, so the district manager dual-hatted me as both store manager and district comptroller.

mad-hatted

party hatted

The act of being effed in the a. Usually used as an insult rather than a literal statement. This term came about in the back seat of my friends car after being told by his mother that we could no longer say "effed in the a". The phrase was then changed to party hatted.
Oh fuck! You just got party hatted.
We break danced much better than you; therefore, you just got party hatted.

Jerry: "He's just been black-hatted."

Van Harted

When one makes a spectacular "roast" or "burn" in class. Named after the infamous deified journalist, guitarist, and teacher, Adam Van Hart.
Typically followed by the entirety of the word exclaiming in perfect unison, "Ooooh, you just got Van Harted!"
Student: Hey, Mr. Van Hart! I think you made a mistake here.
Mr. Van Hart: I was just learning from your parents.
Rest of World: Ooooh, you just got Van Harted!
