Goosed Out 

Goosed Out is the the state of being fucked up on alcohol and drugs beyond any point of return.

To achieve the level of "Goosed" you must be so fucked up that your body throws itself into a nerve system contagion which causes goose bumps to form on the surface of your skin. Hence the term's name.

"Jesus Devon, I was so fucking Goosed out last night, the next day my friends showed me video footage of me running around in cemetery completely naked screaming "WILL YOU GET OFF OF ME LIFE!" Nigga I was Goosed"

An extremely high form of inebriation. Usually only associated with ones birthday party, a best man at a wedding reception, or a fresh break up. Symptoms often include vomitting in your own car, trying to make out with random members of the opposite sex, and being firemans carried back to your house and/or bed.
