It Will Buff Out 

Literally means "Everything's cool, you will forget about it soon enough" often used in a non comical situation but at its mention, changes it into a comical one. First used and developed by Joey Brozonez and Troop 51.
Colin: damn, my dog was just killed by a C-ville punk (starts crying)

Joey: "It will buff out"

Group: Hahahahahahahahaha

It’ll buff 

Term used by the Ritchie brothers to say that things will get better or be okay.
Friend: “Oh man I totally just failed that exam”
User: “it’ll buff”

Friend: “Dude I blacked out last night and lost my wallet
User: “it’ll buff”

It'll Buff Out

A seemingly innocent phrase used to describe an incredibly dire or terrible situation in which, no matter the users assurance, the situation will NOT "buff out" or improve to any high extent.
*Individual A proceeds to sit in a chair and, in doing so, breaks the chair*

Individual B: *in a sarcastic tone* It'll buff out.

*Individual A proceeds to become embarrassed*

It'll buff out

Synonymous with "it'll be okay". It'll buff out is a southern phrase which implies that with a little work, the situation will get better.
Sally: I can't believe Jane can't drive us to the theater!
Betty: Oh. I can get Billy Jo to drive us, so it'll buff out.
Sally: Bless Billy Jo!
