Word play on the phrase 'skally wag', it is used to describe a heroin addict who takes heroin by placing it on his 'glans penis', aka, the end of his wally, the effect being the instant transfer of heroin into the blood stream, yipes.

One of the most dangerous swedish ghettos. Located in the northwest parts of Linköping.
