Frequent Charse Syndrome (FCS) 

First of all, Charse is another word for weed...or pot...or marijuana, etc. However in verb form, it also means to smoke. Now, Frequent Charse Syndrome is quite self-explanatory; it is the need to Charse (to smoke) at all hours of the day and night. It's a relatively new and serious syndrome that has no cure as of right now (11/9/2009)
A: Yo, have you finished the chemistry homework yet?

B: No man, all I can think about is Charsing. I've been doing it all day.

A: Oh I see. You must have Frequent Charse Syndrome (FCS).

B: Yeah.

A single word describing the Baader - Meinhof phenomenon, also known as the Frequency Illusion. A cognitive bias in which, after noticing something for a first time, there is a tendency to notice it more often.

Issamo, meaning "extremely" or "remarkably", emphasizes frequent.

When a drug dealer lowers their prices for you because you pick up off of them constantly.

A word that describes someone level of intoxication. Usually used by a Nathan Thomas when under the influence.
I am rather ‘frequented’. Said Nathan to his friends.

1) Commonly, someone who is a repeat user of a product or service, regardless of the nature of the business.

2) In healthcare, someone who is frequently showing up for similar injuries or disorders. Often, this is applied specifically in the world of drug and alcohol rehabilitation (rehab) to somebody who has tried to get sober (clean up or dry out) but has had frequent relapses. According to current statistics, the majority of addicts (80%) are likely to relapse after the first try.
