1. Somebody who is addicted to editing papers, film, etc

2. Somebody who is addicted to eating large quantities of sugar, meat, or human flesh.

"Hey bro i thought you stopped chewing your arm a while ago, are you sure you aren't an ediholic?"

She didn't want to stop working on her column for the newspaper which didn't need to be published for 8 more days, so she was classified as an ediholic.

Lee hasn't taken a single break in re-editing his column in the newspaper, I am beginning to suspect Lee is an ediholic.
