accelerate and encourage beastmode in alphas such as –
hanging out with fellow alphas, loud music, darkness, full moons, alcohol consumption, fit poon
The following can discourage beastmode – yoga, musicals, plays, fat women, ugly women, hairy women, men who think they are women, consumption of vegetable and fruits.
