defined - idiolinguist - if you did not bother about using or attempting to use the language, for example, in a country you may be visiting because English is the most common language and everyone should know it .. indigenous cultures may have an idiolinguist approach in an attempt to reinstate a language or tongue that is at risk of extinction.
