You have heard of the McChurgen, and surely the Barnyard (A McChicken and McDouble put together from McDonalds)...The McNoah uses creatures from the land, earth, and sea. Named after the biblical man Noah for his love of all animals that we consume at once from McDonalds.

A combination of the Filet o Fish, McDouble, and McChicken put together.
