1) Something to say in a high-pitched and mentally retarded voice, to ruin it in a funny way when you see something that actually looks incredibly beautiful. It cracks people up in any situation when you are supposed to admire the scenery!

2) Can also be used during any touching moment to ruin it!

It's pretty much don't worry, only, "don't worry" is shorthanded for texting and comic relief. Often ends worrisome ranting and pestering, and recipient is usually left wondering in high regards of user.
