Likuacious

Characterized by the incessant use of the word 'like' in everyday dialogue. One who is likuacious has the uncanny ability to turn a 2 minute story into an unnerving discourse about nothingness...
"My boyfriend, like, threw me off this waverunner going, like, 30 miles per hour. Once I finally got done, I had to have, like, 4 drinks to calm my nerves. I'm also glad that he didn't tip that fucker (our guide). He was, like, a big fat fucking waste of space" she said likuaciously.

ligacious 

serpentine, one who is especially cunning or shrewd, especially in conversation. One who has a way with words that can confuse you into agreeing to do something stupid.
Man, Bob sure is ligacious. We started off talking about birth control, and by the end of the conversation he had convinced me to have sex with him.

A word describing someone who is very talkative, and is also used as a synonym for fluent. Mike Doughty uses it ironically in his 2009 song "Pleasure On Credit".
