A "Wash and Wax"
The person who wants to receive, lays down between the two providers
The first person urinates on the person laying between the two. They will focus on one specific area. Say the face or chest.
After the first person finishes the wash, they will make way for the second person, whos job is quite difficult, as they need to ejaculate on the exact same spot as the first person pissed and on command. That's the wax.
If there are more people in the wash and wax position, that's called a "Car Wash". Back in the fifties, it was called an "autowash"...but that term fell out of favor, except amongst the boomers.
