Someone who is upper class that gentrifies and belittles those of lower classes while attempting to present themselves as a higher class than they really are. They tend to drink fancy wines instead of beer. They will move to communities who have class harmony, wherein the poorest and the richest get along very well and help one another out, and promptly ruin everything and try to make litigation to punish the poor and benefit the rich, which they like to convince themselves they are.

That dirty fucking elky just tried to get city council to force shelter the homeless people, she only moved here a year ago!
