Slang for Wiikwemkoong Indian Reserve, a large First Nations territory on Manitoulin Island. There is a large diaspora population in Toronto, Ottawa and Sudbury. People from here are known to be tough. One of the only unceded (never surrendered) Indian reserves in the country.
