A colloquialism originating in the Wirral region of the North West of
England. Coined by the founding members of the Sandy Way Estate Bad
Boys, an infamous Wirral based gang. Originally an acronym, it developed into a proper noun used to identify Swebb members.
The word has also been used by rival Wirral
based gangs, such as the OOBFL and the Wallasey Wild Wheels, as a negative verb.
