Jackscrew 

A derogatory term used connoting uselessness and intellectual inadequacy. Usually attributed to an asshole going on and on to convince everyone of their intellectual prowess but in reality it is abundantly clear they are a complete and total dumb ass.

We were stuck in that room for hours while that jackscrew went on and on about not one fucking thing that mattered.

A person who are handy and screw you over. This is a very common phrase if people who you tell to do a simple job that requires the hand(s) and do not do that job right. (plural for handscrewers)

In the apple store, I need to make a reservation to fix my i-pod because those handscrewers will not let me go into their store without one.
