One who has reached the age of an "Elder" but "fails" to conduct themselves in a humble, respectable, worthy manner of an "Elder" in their tribe.

Failer 

Algerian slang for flawless being, often used to describe a genius who cannot be fooled who FAILS your attempts to deceive him, or can be used to describe someone who excels in multiple aspects and is extremely handsome .

When your internet is so much of an epic fail, that it can only be described as failternet.
Usually used when your internet connection stops working frequently.

The word was first coined by Rakey.

Kelsey: Why did you leave us on Skype?
