The abhorrent way some people abuse our court systems to their personal advantage by saying, writing and doing things to waste time and frustrate and impoverish their enemies.
He had a certain style, a vexattitude that looked to a REAL lawyer like he was just using the Courts as his personal playground in retirement. So, REAL lawyers tended to just have the cops cool him off in jail every few months.

Vattitude

A force that pushes you to the limits of your ability. Not taking no for an answer. Having the power to thrive in complex and and confusing situations where others give up.

Vattitude comes and goes, and is enhanced by group vattitude. It is more of a concept, but if it came from a biological reaction, it would be addrenaline and endorfines on steroids.

There is a lot you can do to trigger a shot of vattitude, alone or with friends. Stay positive, grab the best opportunities and say no to mediocracy. Say what is unsaid, do what is undone.

verastitude

The ability to adapt and overcome any situation. Although everything on earth has some shred of verastitude, some have more verastitude than others, and verastitude presents itself in various ways. A courageous soldier has verastitude; as does a hardworking miner; a single mother; a train-hopping hobo; a prison inmate; a toll jockey; a sailor; tigers; even you have verastitude. It's a down home concoction of grit, courage, know-how, cleverness, cunning, resourcefulness and perspicacity shot up with a bit of gumption.
