Vattitude

A force that pushes you to the limits of your ability. Not taking no for an answer. Having the power to thrive in complex and and confusing situations where others give up.

Vattitude comes and goes, and is enhanced by group vattitude. It is more of a concept, but if it came from a biological reaction, it would be addrenaline and endorfines on steroids.

There is a lot you can do to trigger a shot of vattitude, alone or with friends. Stay positive, grab the best opportunities and say no to mediocracy. Say what is unsaid, do what is undone.
I feel a lot of vatti in the environment. He has so much vattitude, nothing can stop him.

Words you can keep

Vattitude

When a vegetarian or vegan instantly becomes enraged and preachy over the smallest mistakes (or even unfamiliar knowledge) about their particular eating habits. This behavior is usually followed by either an angry or arrogant retort, correcting the offender's mistake. This behavior is most common in vegan culture, primarily caused by being mistaken for vegetarians.
He totally threw vattitude in my face, just because I didn't know vegans don't eat eggs.

Dude, seriously, there's soy in 7-11's chili. You need to put your vattitude in check.

I'm not going to that market anymore, the staff has a weird vattitude about them.

no bullshit attitude

A "no bullshit attitude" is an amazing thing to receive from someone who knows what they are doing or talking about, isn't willing to listen to whining or a bad attitude, and calls you out on your mistakes so you can improve on them.

And they expect you to know not to take anything they say personally, because they don't mean to. They don't know "who you are" anyways, so why should you be offended, and why should either of you care?

It also means they don't want to hear about your "style", If you're working for them, they've been there for longer than you, have earned their stripes, and simply just know better.

A "no bullshit attitude" isn't an asshole boss though. There are three-strike rules. They take the charge and pick you up when shit is hitting the fan. They give you responsibilities which are reasonable. They will however call you out and not disguise their lack of patience when they see irresponsibility, laziness or carelessness.
I wonder how this guy even got the job. He acts surprised every time he's called out when he fails to perform a responsibility he agreed to when he read the job description. Clearly he can't handle our no bullshit attitude.
