Slang for oral sex on a woman's vulva. Code for cunninlingus, cunny liptus, shortened to liptus. Many times used in place of calling someone a cunt especially when in public where cussing would be frowned upon.

Used to describe ones feeling of joy, satisfaction, agreement or contentment at any particular situation.

The word can be spoken softly or loudly depending on the context of the situation.
