Mollicate 

Pronounced: maw-le-kate, verb.

To destroy an object to a point it is no longer recognisable, most usually left in a state of disarray, a heap or scattered around the near vicinity. To shred, chew, chomp or destroy through any number of means, be it using teeth, hands or machinery. Mollication usually occurs in a state of anger, fury or disgust.

Both motivated and dedicated. Someone who is moticated is willing to see a task through to the end and will also willingly give him/herself over to the completion of the task. Depending on the level of motication, his/her health may even be less important than the motivation and dedication to the completion of the task.
