Short for "akseong gaeinpaen" (악성개인팬). Literally means "malicious individual fan".
These fans like only one member of the group and strongly dislike the others to the extent to bashing them for the sake of praising their bias and only member that they care about.

DIFFERENT to solo stan.

When a person likes one member of a group and drags all the other members. They usually have twitter accounts dedicated to putting the other members down and the member they stan on a pedestal. They are not solo stans there is a difference, solo stans are trying to live in peace, AKGAE are not.
