A term referring to the state of North Carolina's dominance in the sport of basketball from the high school to collegiate level.

Examples of schools: North Carolina, Duke, NC State, Wake Forest, Davidson College

Examples of players: Michael Jordan, James Worthy, David Thompson, Chris Paul, John Wall, Stephen Curry

Someone who wants recognition for something that is pretty meaningless in comparrison to the negative effects caused by the actions of an individual.

In a nutshell: A person who achieves very little by destroying a lot, and expects praise - (often gets it by the ignorant individuals among us).
