Loiterers come in all shapes and sizes, and some have particular fetishes. Among these sub-species can be found the micturater, the frotter and the vandal.

People who stand outside of apartment complexes, gas stations, convenience stores (etc.) for a prolonged period of time, doing what is apparently nothing. They might yawn a lot, lean against something, stare rudely at other people, or even shout for no apparent reason.

If you do this, screw you.
