an establishment where care, medical or otherwise, is taken of those who are likely to develop a disease or malaise so that they can be prevented from catching that disease or malaise. Such a health establishment is usually situated in an area having fresh air and a salubrious environment.

I am feeling out of sorts now. I may develop some kind of illness. I would rather visit a presanitarium.
