Formal and more reverent version of "Hoodles"

A homemade drug abuse device, made from whatever's at hand at the moment, laying around the house. (i.e. soda cans, 2 liter bottles, tin foil, duct tape, safety pins, etc.)
They had no bowl or papers around, so they assembled a Hoodles Device out of an empty 2-liter bottle, aluminum foil, and a bucket, to smoke that Shwag.
